PONERIS — Progress Briefing

PONERIS is a field-oriented construction operations app being built for daily reports, project scheduling, and future jobsite automation. It is designed for browser use and an Android field app.

Completed to date

• Live browser app deployed at poneris.net

• Guided Daily Reports workflow, project and job-number structure, master-list foundation, and field-friendly interface

• Job Schedule & Calendar workflow: tasks, responsible party, duration, start date, and dependencies

• Microsoft Project-compatible XML schedule export

• Android debug APK built from the same app assets

• Supabase production authentication: administrator-provisioned accounts, owner role, password reset, sign-out, and user-scoped browser drafts

Current status

The live PONERIS site requires sign-in. Owner access is active. Reports and schedules currently save as secure browser-local drafts for each signed-in user.

Next build phase

Create Supabase tables and row-level security for shared projects, reports, schedules, crews, and master lists. Then replace local-only drafts with shared, permission-controlled project data.

Working direction

Keep PONERIS practical for supervisors and field crews: fast daily entry, clear jobsite language, dependable exports, and progressively deeper automation.
